What is your return policy?

Important (Covid -19 related): We've temporarily discontinued all the returns/exchange owing to the ongoing Covid-19 situation and related hygiene issues attributed to exchanges/returns.

Your first pair of the trunk, brief, boxer shorts or socks, is covered under our 100% Promise to Fit.  For all subsequent purchases, returns or exchange are not allowed for these products.  

Other products, (Excluding our final sales, or where the discount applied is flat 50%, or above on the order value, or Build-a-Pack (Build-a-Drawer) purchases or other non-returnable products) like Crew neck tees, performance tees, henleys, Track pants, joggers or women dresses, returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order if items are in the original condition you received them with any attached packaging intact (meaning not tried on, worn, or washed). In case of non-compliance by you with conditions as set out in our returns and exchange policy, we reserve the right to outright reject your return request.

Retail returns and exchanges purchased at the Warehouse are handled in-store only.

For INDIA orders, Customers need to self-ship the goods once they get an explicit email confirmation of return acceptance from us.
